friendly staff fast charging amazing breakfast missing supplies unemptied bin slow reception
the staff were attentive! i was impressed by the fast charging for my car. breakfast was amazing!!!
our room was not topped up with tea supplies. the bin was not emptied, either. i found the reception process took a long time.

was so great near the airport
coffee maker comfortable bed blackout curtains
the hotel room included standard amenities. a coffee maker and tea kettle were available. the bed was large and comfortable (a king, i think!). i found blackout curtains that helped me sleep well before my early flight.
the parking fee was £12 per day. i had to search a bit for an available space. more parking spots would definitely improve the experience.

the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. i asked about local transport and they provided clear instructions. the check-in process was quick and efficient, which i appreciated after a long journey.

decent stay overall
helpful staff ideal location effective soundproofing cold room thermostat issue requested heater
the staff was helpful and friendly. i especially appreciated the ideal location when returning my rental car. the soundproofing in the rooms was very effective.
i had issues with the room temperature. the room was very cold. i tried increasing the thermostat to 29 degrees, but it did not warm up (i had to request a heater).
